Ready to help? Besides spreading the word, there are lots of things you can do to help restore the Monarch population.
Encourage your local school to build a Monarch sustaining garden or build one yourself.
Visit the Pacific Grove Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary and donate time or money to help create more overwintering sheltering tree planting. They are planting Cypress and Monterey Pines to diversify the shelter options.

Modify the school curriculum to begin the lower school butterfly module not with the egg but with the habitat that supports the egg, the milkweed!
